Delete Your Game Gizmo Account
You can request deletion of your Game Gizmo account and all associated personal data at any time, either directly in the app or by email.
Option 1: Delete in the app
- Open the Game Gizmo app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type your username to confirm, then tap Delete.
Your account is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us at support@gamegizmo.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm your email and confirm once your account is deleted.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your name, email, username, profile, reviews, playlists, search history, activity, follower relationships, device tokens, and any linked Xbox account data.
What's retained
- Operational and security logs (including Azure system logs and Firebase Crashlytics crash reports) may be retained for up to 90 days for security, debugging, and reliability purposes, after which they are automatically deleted.
- De-identified and derived data: data already aggregated or de-identified so it no longer identifies you. It is no longer personal information and may continue to be retained and used.
